Chris has been my “go-to” IT support for many years. As an older lady with no techno knowledge, it is essential that I have someone who has the patience of a saint. He talks me through things in a way I can understand but is in no way condescending so I never feel afraid to ask for help. A bonus is that Chris is also a superb ball thrower which my dog thinks is just great.
